Summary
Aug 24 - Experience an international badminton tournament as an umpire (age 18+) or line judge (age 16+). Choose from shifts: 9 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 6 PM.Detailed description
August 22 till 25th the Aruba Badminton Federation will organize an INTERNATIONAL junior tournament with approx. 8 - 10 countries, including our local juniors.
We will use 4 courts and each court has 1x umpire and 2x line judges.
We are seeking volunteers to help being an umpire and/or line judge.
The more volunteers we get the less everyone will be scheduled, and we can work in shifts (morning shift 9AM-1PM and afternoon shift 1PM-6PM).
Don't you know anything about being an umpire or line judge?? No problem! We will give a short course how to.
Each umpire and line Judge will receive a uniform, food and drinks.
